✨Finger Millet Chocolate Cake ✨ Ingredients: 1/2 cup ragi flour (finger-millet flour) 2.5 tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 cup curd 1/4 cup oil 1/4 jaggery powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 3 tbsp chocochips Method : - preheat oven at 180 degrees. Sieve your ragi , cocoa powder ,baking powder & soda for 2 times. - Another bowl all oil , jaggery powder , curd. Give it a good mix. - Fold in dry ingredients to the mix ,slowly add chocolate chips. - Use a 5 inch mould & bake or even muffins for 17-20 min. . ✨Peanut Butter Brownie Baked Oatmeal✨ Ingredients: 2 tbsp Organic @praakritik Peanut Butter 2 tbsp maple syrup/ honey 1/4 cup milk of choice ( for vegan use soy, oats ) Little bit of vanilla essence 1/4 tsp Praakritik Himalayan Pink Salt 1/2 cup Praakritik Rolled Oats 1 tsp ground Flaxseed (using Praakritik Organic Flaxseeds) 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Method : - preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a large bowl mix peanut butter and honey/ maple syrup. - add milk, vanilla essence. Fold in cocoa powder, oats , ground flaxseeds, baking powder and salt. Form a smooth batter. - use a 7 inch tin , line with parchment paper. Pour in the batter, add chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 min until set. ✨ Healthy Ferrero Rocher ✨ Ingredients: 1/4 cup hazelnuts @flyberrygourmet 2 tbsp chocolate ghee / spread @praakritik 1/4 cup dark or milk chocolate melted 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts fine 1/4 cup medjoul dates @flyberrygourmet Method : - grind hazelnuts to a coarse paste. Then add in your deseeded dates & spread. Mix to form a smooth dough. If incase it gets dry can add a tsp of water. - take the dough flatten into small balls place one hazelnut in between and roll it.
