These Besan(chickpea flour) Cacao Bites look indulgent, but they’re made using three core ingredients from Prakriti: Stone-ground besan Pure A2 ghee Unrefined jaggery powder When the base ingredients are clean, you don’t need tricks — just simple cooking. BESAN CACAO BITES (No Oven | 10 mins) Ingredients • 1 cup Prakriti stone-ground besan • 2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder • 1/2 cup Prakriti jaggery powder • 3 tbsp Prakriti ghee • Pinch of salt • approx 1/2 cup warm milk (as needed) • Optional: chopped nuts / seeds/ cardamom and vanilla Method 1. Dry roast besan on low flame till aromatic. 2. Add cacao + salt, mix well. 3. Switch off heat → add ghee + jaggery. 4. Add warm milk gradually to form a soft dough. 5. Shape into bites or press into a tray. 6. Let it set for 10–15 minutes. 🤎 Rich • soft • naturally sweet.
