Refund policy
We accept return and refund requests only in the following cases:
- The product is of inferior quality or shows signs of infestation
- The product was damaged or destroyed in transit
- The product was delivered past its expiry date
- The customer has a medical condition or allergy to one or more ingredients in the product, and was not aware of the ingredients at the time of purchase
- The customer had a reasonable objection to the packaging material used and was not informed of it at the time of purchase
No other returns or refunds are accepted, including for change of mind or personal preference. As a food brand, all sales are otherwise final.
How to raise a request
Contact us at corporate@praakritik.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID or proof of purchase
- Clear photographs of the affected product
- A photograph of the batch number and manufacturing date
Once we receive your email, our team will review the issue internally. When approved, refunds are processed within 1 working day to your original payment method. The payment is reflected in your original payment method within 3-5 working days after the refund is initiated.
